Other details: Two Flemish tiles from the floor of the Chantry Chapel of Sir Nigel de Lory tempo Edward III in Chorlgrave Church near Dunstable Bedfordshire. Mr J G Nichols (58) figures one taken from Harnaker House near Chichester. He reads "Die tijt is cort". The time is short and "Wacht na loud" Wait for the knell.
