Tile from a tomb bearing seven mascles and a label of three points, on each of which are three horseshoes. These arms are attibuted by Papworth to a member of the family of Terrars, the colours being gules, seven mascles or, on a label azure, three horseshoes argent. William a younger brother of the second early of Derby inherited, Groby from Margaret daugher and cohort of Roger de Quincey as above, minus the label. The above tile may therefore represent the eldest son's coat and is so will beat date AD 1300-20.
