In ink. Another washed with light coloured slip, impressed pattern, an eight pointed design, four of the points terminating in an oakleaf, and the others in an acorn. 13th century. 4.9 inches square. Very broad dark lines - see rubbing, Yellow glaze. Acorn cups holes sunk in centre of divisions. Thickness 220 mm.
